Team SA Trampoline Gymnasts for World Champs | 2018 Saint-Petersburg

11 November 2018. The 33rd FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships will take place at the Saint-Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex (Russia), from the 07th – 10th November 2018. World’s best gymnasts from about more than 40 countries, will be representing their countries. The Trampoline Gymnastics World Champs will be followed by the 26th FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions, scheduled to commence from the 15th – 18th November 2018.


We are glad to officially announce Team South Africa that will participate at this year’s Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships, here’s the full list of the three gymnasts set to compete:


Individual Trampoline

  1. Star Mapeka
  2. Onke Mangele


Double-Mini Trampoline

  • Star Mapeka
  • Onke Mangele



32nd FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships 2017 SOFIA (BUL) November 9 – 12, 2017, Arena Armeec

  • Offering Tlaka will be competing in the Double Mini-Trampoline competition, a year ago he participated at the 32nd FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships that was held in Sofia. Offering as a much experienced gymnast, he will be leading Onke Mangele and Star Mapeka at the Worlds.
