Since the informal launch and reunion held at Eldo Stars Gym Club in Centurion in November 2017, the Foundation is moving rapidly forward!  Our database is continuously growing and this is a fantastic platform for all persons presently and previously involved in our beautiful sport to reconnect with each other.  Every time we hear of one of our gymnastics friends that passed away, we realise that we should use the opportunity and time we have to renew our friendships and make contact with each other.

We are not necessarily only looking for ex-gymnasts, coaches and judges – but anyone who would be interested in being included in our database from the 9 disciplines of gymnastics as ex-gymnastic enthusiasts.

If you have any contact numbers or e-mail addresses of friends you may still be in contact with from the gymnastic world, we would really appreciate it if you could send us their contact info.

Marijke Van den Boogaard and Nick Hayes were selected to represent South Africa in this international competition, thus qualifying them to wear the traditional green and gold blazers; commonly referred to as ‘Springbok Colors.’
