The SA Gym Games 2015
will take place in Gauteng this year,
from 04 – 10 October 2015
in 3 locations, namely Centurion, Pretoria & Johannesburg.
This event is SAGF’s largest event of the year,
and will see approximately 2800 gymnasts and officials participate.
This annual event will see gymnasts participate in provincial colours,
from all 9 provinces of South Africa.
Gymnasts of all ages participate across 6 gymnastics disciplines,
those of Artistic Men & Women, Trampoline & Tumbling,
Acrobatics, Ropeskipping and Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Overview Programme as follows:
There will be an SA Gym Games 2015 Welcome Session during the WAG competition
on Wednesday 07 October 2015,
provided by the Mayor of the City of Tshwane and the Deputy Minister of Sport and Recreation South Africa.
This session will take between 11h00-12h00 at Matsport Centre,
and will also include a few gymnastics performances and Africa Games medallists in attendance.
Please note that this will be the only opening function during the Games and is open to all spectators and gymnasts who are able to attend at Matsport Centre.
